How to Buy |
The Process |
We make ordering very easy with our 7 steps to a vehicle purchase through auction
or stock. If you have any questions about the ordering process, please let us know.
Buying steps summary: |
- You decide on the vehicle you want;
- Tell us what it is and your budget;
- We'll send you an estimate for the vehicle (including shipping and our fees);
- You find out your own country's import regulations;
- You read and agree to our Terms and Conditions;
- You send the deposit or payment by wire transfer ;
- We'll bid and buy only the car that has your specs (or approval);
- You send final payment within 3 days of purchase;
- We'll arrange for the de-registration and then ship it.
Since our partners in Japan are licensed by the Japanese government to handle the
purchasing and selling of used vehicles, we have to follow certain guidelines in
documenting each vehicle we send out of the country. The deregistration process
(before shipping) is to insure that the vehicle you bought was not reported stolen.
Decide on Vehicle: |
Decide on the vehicle you want, either in our stock or to be bought in an auction.
We'll be asking you to tell us the following: make, model, year, colour, transmission,
fuel type, number of doors, maximum kilometres, and options. You can use our " Order
Form" page for more details. |
Decide on Budget: |
Tell us what your maximum price is. We'll need this when bidding in auctions or
procuring from our dealer network. When thinking about your budget, please keep
in mind the cost of shipping to your country (we can give you a rough idea at first)
and our fees (please see ‘ Our Fees’ for more details). |
Quotation: |
After we have confirmed that the car you are looking for is up for sale, we will
send you a quotation with it's details. We'll also send our bank information for
sending payment. We'll wait for you to confirm that you want to buy this vehicle.
The faster you reply, the better chance that the vehicle is available. |
Read Terms and Conditions: |
It will be assumed that you have read the terms and conditions, and agreed to them
when you send a wire transfer for deposit. |
Payment Deposit: |
Make a deposit for the amount of the Maximum Bid into our account. Alternatively,
you may choose to pay the entire estimated cost of vehicle. Paying all at once reduces
the wire transfer charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you place a deposit and are not able to make the remainder of the payment within
5 days, please speak with us about alternative payment arrangements. A deposit will
become forfeit if a client fails to make alternative payment arrangements within
the 5-day balance-of-payment period. |
Bidding and Buying at auction: |
After we receive confirmation from our bank of your payment, we will arrange to
bid on the vehicle. Once we're successful, you have 3 days to wire the remaining
balance of the vehicle into our account. We will then proceed to export your car.
(If we are not successful in buying a vehicle within your maximum bid, we can either
refund you the balance of your payment, or retain it for another purchase, as your
selected vehicle will most likely be available within a few weeks of the unsuccessful
bid).
Please inform us if there is a shipping company you would prefer to use. Also, we'll
inform you of the marine insurance costs for your vehicle if you want to insure
it. |
Buying Stock: |
After we receive confirmation from our bank of your payment we will arrange to ship
the vehicle. You'll be informed of the process to export your car. |
Shipping: |
Once your vehicle(s) is on the ship, we will fax you the shipping forms, and also
send you the forms by express mail or FedEx.
Please note : Any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be
aware of any import regulations or restrictions before making an order.
Before buying a vehicle, we'll make sure it will conform to your country's specific
vehicle import regulations. We won't buy a vehicle that can't be shipped to the
buyer's country! |

Our Fee |
We charge a fee of $1500 Cdn for our services. Volume discounts available.
We act
in a non-bias manner regarding auction houses or dealers when searching for the
best vehicle for our clients. We are able to find the right vehicle for our client’s
orders, regardless of what auction or dealer it comes from in Japan. If it is not
in stock, we can still get it.
Remember also that you’ll have to pay for shipping
your vehicle. Here is what your fee buys you:
- Bidding at auction on your behalf. We pay for the bid fee and winning bid fee that
the auctions charge.
- Shipping from the point-of-purchase auction to the shipping port. (Shipping from
a dealer may be extra and in such a case we’ll let you know before purchasing the
vehicle)
- De-registration of the vehicle in Japan
- All necessary inspections for exporting. This is particularly important for many
countries as they will not allow a vehicle to enter if it has not been inspected.)
- Arrange for shipping and make sure the vehicle gets on a ship to your country. We
do not pay for the actual shipping costs. That is the vehicle owner’s responsibility.
We will let you know how much it costs and that you get the shipping documents.
- All the necessary documents (inspection, shipping, ownership) delivered to the owner.

Payment Methods |
When you are about to buy a car or cars from us, we will be asking you to make a
deposit or payment. You can choose from one the following options to pay:
You can send money for a deposit in a secure manner
using your credit card through Pay Pal, and it will only sit in our account without
being accepted.
Once we notice a deposit is received, we can start bidding on cars
for you. Once a car is bought, we would then ask you to send the entire amount for
the car, then we can “deny” the pay pal deposit so that it will be cancelled. Pay
Pal will send you an e-mail stating the money has been denied.
Some people prefer
this idea because Pay pal is secure and protects the sender from theft. We like
it because it’s fast and convenient. |
