The buying process is simple and straight forward. We offer free and absolutely no obligation consultation. Once you have selected the model to buy, we will work out approximate cost based on recent auction prices, we would also explain all other costs involved like shipping and insurance.

• Pacific Gateway & Distribution Ltd. and its representations in the form of domain names or trade names relevant to vehicle importation services are mentioned as "the company", "company", "service provider" "the service" "we" "us" "our" in the document or web page named or with the heading "terms & conditions".
• You the client is the importer. mentioned or referred as "buyer" "importer" "client" "you" "user"or all of the above in the document or web page named or with the heading "terms & conditions".
• The company is a service provider, enabling and or assisting individuals and businesses to import used motor vehicles from Japan.
• The successful bidder or the buy order contract submitted or presented by the client which is successful is a contractual binding agreement to purchase the vehicle.
• The company reserves the right to pursue legal actions if the client / buyer / importer failing to complete the transaction after a successful buy order.
• Intentional or unintentional errors in content, context, spelling, grammar, information caused due to or by the script righter, webmaster or by web site attacks by hacker, staff or other source of security breach are not in the control of the company and is not responsible or liable. User of this site or service is responsible to contact authorized personal representing the company to verify or clarify any such issues of concern.

• Insurance: The insurance in the CIF price (CIF: Cost Insurance and Freight), covers the vehicle while it is shipped until it reaches the destination port. This insurance only covers the total loss of the vehicle.
• Shipment: Delays, damages or losses before, after or during the shipment, will be processed courteously. We reserve the right to extend shipping / delivery dates as required by the situation.
• Warranty: Vehicles bought at the auction upon your request do not come with warranty. Six months power-train warranty is issued to BC residents that buy in-stock vehicles.
• Cancellation: Order to Buy: We cannot cancel or modify your buy order agreement or the contract after successful completion of the order. There are no exceptions. In-Stock: Purchasers of in-stock vehicles are governed by consumer protection act and therefore a conventional retail business environment.
• Other Circumstances: We can not be held responsible for delay or failure upon fulfillment of all or part of the contract directly or in directly owing to any cause or circumstance beyond the control of the company and or its agent or agents in Japan, including acts of God, war, warlike conditions, hostilities, revolution, riot, governmental order or restriction, strike, lockout, or other disputes.
• Estimate Cost of Vehicle: Actual cost of vehicle landed may vary from estimated cost due to changes in duty, taxes, regulation, fuel surcharge etc that are not in our control. Although costs may change without notice, all related costs with importation of vehicle are accompanied by receipts.

• You are required to pay deposits equal to the amount of Maximum Bid. Deposit remains refundable during the selection process.
• Bank transfer, wire transfer or certified check / cheque are the preferred method of payment.
• In the event of unsuccessful buy order the deposit will be refunded upon request. Bank charges, exchange rate changes, wire transfer charges and bidding charges will not be deducted for refunds for unsuccessful bid / buy order.
• Payments for successful bids must be paid within 3 days or 72 hours from the time of end of auction.
• The invoice may include Canadian taxes and duties if such services are requested.
• The invoice amount must be paid in full before the release of vehicle.
• The company reserves all rights on how a dispute is handled and settled. The companies decision against such disputes or concerns are final.
